Das Explosiv am Bahnhofgürtel 55 A ist eine DER Adressen in Graz für Konzerte im Alternativen Bereich (Punk, Metal, Hardcore, Indie, Alternative, HipHop). In der großen Halle finden rund 350 Besucher Platz, professionelles Ton/Licht-Equipment garantiert "explosive" Konzerte. Dazu stehen Künstlern großzügige Backstage-Räumlichkeiten sowie Schlafzimmer + Waschmaschine/Trockner zur Verfügung.

Im Bar-Bereich des Explosiv kann man sich bei Biosaft, Limo oder diversen Bier- und Weinsorten laben. Außerdem bietet sich hier die Möglichkeit, kleinere Shows, Vorträge, Workshops und Lesungen abzuhalten. Rund 30 Bands finden derzeit in den hausinternen Proberäumlichkeiten Unterschlupf, ein Studio für ebenso professionelle wie günstige Aufnahmen ist in Fertigstellung.

Our concert hall holds around 350 people, on-site sound and light engineers professionally operating our in-house equipment make for 'explosive' events. Generous back stage areas featuring bedrooms, full sanitary installations and a washing machine complement our technical expertise. The cafe area can house smaller shows, lectures, workshops and readings, its bar is well stocked with juice, lemonade, soda, beer and wine - no spirits, though. About 30 local acts are populating our band practice rooms the whole year round, and a recording and sound studio to support our up-and-coming artists is in the works.
