the Pilates Fitness Studio in Zug with the complete range of Pilates equipment, i.e. Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer, etc.
It offers private and group sessions and provides clients with personal attention.

- Pilates sessions are available from Monday to Friday in English and German.

- Women and men of all ages, kids and teenagers are welcome.

- All sessions are by appointment only.

- Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance.
