Anxiety, Abuse, Adjustments, Adolescent Issues, Aggression, Anger, Attachment Issues, Bullying, Communication Issues, Depression, Eating Disorders, Family Problems, Obsessions and Compulsions, Relationships, Self-Esteem, Self-Harming Behaviors, Stress, Trust Issues, Young Adult Issues, and Workplace Issues.

With counselors specializing in different therapies, Instar is able to provide individualized services, as well as structure a combination of therapies to meet each individual's and/or their family's particular needs.

It is our personal goal to not only find solutions to life's problems, but also enrich their lives, strengthen relationships and achieve long term goals.
