It is common knowledge that there is a need for health of body and mind, but rare are the professionals who specifically engage in facilitating the enhancement of an individual's entire spectrum of traits. Using an understanding of nutrition, exercise, habitual behaviors, personal and environmental design, biochemical factors, social dynamics, and career research, the counseling process is brought to the next level of effectiveness. Our counselors are also fitness trainers and nutrition coaches, who lead by example through embodying powerful and happy lifestyles.
