MEA, previously operating as 'Manley Consultants, Inc. (1990-2011)" offers civil and environmental engineering, planning and surveying services for land development, environmental and public works projects. Our clients include private developers, commercial industrial firms, municipalities, and governmental agencies.

Manley Engineering is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves not just on being able to respond to our customers faster than anyone in the industry, but on being able to build a strong relationship with each and every customer we have. We have found that by keeping strong personal ties with our customers we are able to serve them better.
