Naturotherpist Charlene Savoie is the owner of Peaceful Families & Peace Within Me. She is an Accredited Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner that is excited to help you tap into your inner peace!

Charlene Savoie, B.A., R.T.C., specializes in Naturopathic consultations with families & children. She has been in the helping field for over 19 years and started as a social worker. She got certified in Realty Therapy and Choice Theory, certified in Time Line Therapy®, certified coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, completed training in Hypnotherapist and now is an Accredited Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (E.F.T.) practionier with AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques). Charlene is also a member of the Alliance Professional of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists (A.P.N.N.)

EFT aka tapping is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupressure, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).
