We’re here as a resource for all your mobile protection needs, so feel free to post pictures, comments, videos, questions and tips. The more we share, the better informed, connected and secure we can be.

The Asurion Facebook page is a fun, support-oriented community where people can share their interest in mobile security and protection of mobile devices, data, pictures and videos. Please understand that comments posted by our community members do not represent the opinions of Asurion nor do we confirm their accuracy.

As part of our commitment to you, we’ll do our best to ensure the postings on our page are in line with our company’s high-quality standards and values. However, since we unfortunately can’t monitor every posting or conversation that takes place here, Asurion expects that users will adhere to the same set of rules we set for ourselves.
• Keep it clean: no pornographic/indecent or otherwise inappropriate posts.
• Play fair: no libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening or abusive posts.
• Stay on topic: no spam, good luck/chain posts, commercial/promotional posts nor repeated postings of unconstructive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable comments/statements.
• Be original: feel free to share video content, links, photographs and text if you have rights to it – if you don’t own it, don’t post it.
• Keep it legal: no invasive privacy or publicity rights or unlawful purpose or activity posts.
• Be professional: all postings must be of people 18 or older, unless posted by a parent or legal guardian and don’t give out personal information.
• Introduce yourself: if you are affiliated with Asurion (employee, incentivized blogger/brand ambassador, etc.), be sure to let everyone know. Your posts should reflect this affiliation.
Your feedback is important and we want to hear from you. While we do manage and monitor our Facebook page, we cannot guarantee we that we will respond to every post.
