With the widest geographic coverage of any prime buying consultancy, Garrington’s services are provided by a team of experienced property professionals, each with in excess of 10 years property-related experience.

Garrington works with a limited number of clients at any one time and will not take on conflicting searches, to ensure the highest possible service levels. The importance of identifying with and understanding a client and their requirements, then interpreting these to deliver a bespoke service, has evolved the service over the past 15 years. As a result, a range of property related solutions exists to assist clients across an array of property related requirements, which saves them time and money. It also ensures that they make the most favourable and well informed purchasing decisions.

It is recognised in the industry that Garrington only works on behalf of serious retained clients and this, together with an extensive network of contacts gives its consultants access to properties before they reach the open market. 70% of our transactions in 2010 were off-market and so clients are therefore at a distinct advantage over their own competition – the unrepresented buyer.
